The first two photos contain the beginnings of a new gay rights photo essay titled, Unequal. The project will include narrative frames (i.e. ‘Wall of Shame’) as well as portrait shots, all incorporating the unequal sign as the signature through line.
The two frames where shot on a Hasselblad H3D medium format camera and flash lighting.

The next 12 frames of this portfolio include pieces from the completed photo essay, Atrophy Annie. The series sought to explore decaying and destructive ideas and themes in the social and political arenas. The project was completed in one day, using three models.
It was shot on a medium format film camera using available light and flash lighting.
